A Bit About Sasga Yachts

The Sasga boat building adventure began back in 1978, when Juan Sastre Bernet founded Astilleros Menorca to build a range of yachts inspired by the tradition of the Island.

The first boats

OUR STORY

The first boats were 8m sailing yachts ideal for exploring the Island's picturesque coast. These were named 'Conquistador'.

In 1997, after expansion of the working premises and opening new markets through the Dusseldorf Boat Show in 1993, the company started to build motorboats of 13m and it was then that the Menoquin brand was born.

In 2015/16 the First Minorchino 34 is built.
The boat achieved a nomination as “European Powerboat of the Year 2016” and was awarded as “Best boat of Croatia 2016”.

Now the range consists of four beautiful RCD Cayegory A rated ocean-going motor-yachts from the 34 through to the flagship 68.

FOUNDER MENORQUIN YACHTS

Juan Sastre Bernat founded Astilleros Menorca, a shipyard to build motorboats from the traditional boats used by Minorcan fishermen, called llaüts. Starting to work in very humble premises, the company built the Menorquin Yachts.
